Submitting a stay or experience enquiry does not by itself create a confirmed reservation.

Confirmation and payment

The team must confirm dates, availability, accommodation or experience details, rates, inclusions, payment instructions, and applicable taxes or fees before a booking is considered confirmed. Do not make a payment until you receive verified instructions from the authorised team.

Changes and cancellation

Cancellation, refund, change, and no-show rules must be provided and agreed before payment. This page is a starter template and must be completed with Mara Osero’s approved policies before accepting paid bookings.
