A volunteer enquiry is not an offer of placement or confirmation of a programme.

Programme confirmation

Activities, eligibility, supervision, dates, accommodation, meals, programme fees, travel arrangements, insurance, health and safety requirements, and responsibilities must be confirmed in writing before a participant commits.

Respect and safeguarding

Participants are expected to respect local communities, wildlife, staff instructions, cultural protocols, and relevant safety requirements. Participation may be limited or declined where appropriate safeguards or permissions are not in place.

The Mara Osero team should review and approve these terms and publish confirmed contact and emergency procedures.
